Dr. Michel and his staff are amazing, never felt more comfortable at a dentist office.
I went to Aspen Dental this morning for a cleaning that was scheduled 2 months ago. I get my teeth cleaned every 6 months. The Red haired Dental hygienist started to clean my teeth and then stopped. They then tried to sell me a $1300. Deep cleaning. I came for just a basic cleaning and then she refused to clean my teeth because I wouldn’t pay for the deep cleaning. Went in for one filling they did 2 and then proceeded to cut my tongue open with the polishing drill. then they pretended it didn't happen as if I didnt feel it and my mouth was full of blood.

Don’t bother making appointments at this location, they don’t honor them. After 7 rescheduled appointments they canceled again, and set up an appointment at the Hamburg location for two weeks later. This is for a root canal procedure to relieve pain my son has been enduring for several months. Their time is important, your’s obviously is not. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this location.

I went in intending to get a cavity checked out and filled, but apparently I also need a root canal, wisdom teeth removal, and gingivitis therapy. Along with this was a bill adding up to 6k. Not sure why anyone would be like okay sounds good cause that is insane for just wanted a cavity filled. Do not recommend, although very nice staff they seem to only care about money.
took my daughter here and got zero help, woman behind the counter seemed very unorganized and clueless. They sent all my daughters x-rays thru my insurance instead of hers so when i had to get work done myself from a real dentist i could not get it covered cause it was considering that i already had that work done on myself. She had to go to sleep dentistry for help and they tried to rush me and my daughter out, i specifically had to ask them for a list of sleep dentistry places to go....very unprofessional and got a lot of ... read more
Be aware of Aspen! Went to Aspen for a dental cleaning and they told me I needed over $5,000 worth of work done. I decided to get a second opinion and there is nothing wrong with my teeth! They also gave me a gel and rinse and then charged me $60.00 without telling me! Watch them carefully! Better yet, DON’T GO! There are better dentists in the area!!!

Horrible billing issues!!! I’ve spent several weeks trying to get it resolved. Finally directed to management after being told the Dunkirk office doesn’t have a number for management. I was promised the regional manager would call me within 24 hours, no call. Don’t use this place unless you want to be robbed!
