I am so disappointed in them. I spent over 2 hours there, saw 7 different people, nearly each one trying to 'sell' a procedure. Only 1 of the 7 was the dentist. I was just pushed from one room to the next, not one showed any empathy, came away with an $11,000. estimate. My recommendation would be stay away.
They used to be good. Now they are too busy to give proper service. And staff aren't into empathy. I used to like them. Not now. They need to scale back and give good service. Our teeth matter.
Have their so called "best" Dentures since September 2017. Its April 2nd 2018 and I just dropped them off to have tooth 5 and 6 put back in. Been in once a month since ive had them for the same problem. 7 year warranty, so theres no cost, but wheres the compensation for my time? My next pair wont be from Aspen Dental
So disappointed with my dentures. I went there in hopes of denture implants, after a year of being ignored every time I asked about it they finally tell me (and dentures that don't fit properly) implants would be another $8000 Don't know if I should trust them to complete the service. Don't expect me back, I will tell my friends the problems I have had. I can't eat a proper diet with my dentures, that is how badly they fit.
Went in to get a new set of partials because all I hear is they're the best at dentures and partials and I already have gone to a dentist who totally screwed my current set up..the office staff were nice but the dentists themselves really dont care one bit about you....after 3 appointments for fittings, molds and such, finally went in to get more teeth pulled and to get the new ones... My first two visits were great but after that it was terrible. I was left in worse condition than before. I haven’t been back in a couple years and i don’t plan on returning. I would never recommend them to anyone.
Really liked all the employees that work there, but was not happy we couldn't get a cleaning, due to we both needed a "deep cleaning", which isn't covered by our insurance!
Well I thought it was a good organization, however; for xrays and an exam I was there for over two hours. Didn't really get a resolution to my problem. Was given quotes for work I did not request that I felt were extremely excessive in cost. Over $3,000 to do one implant or bridge for one missing tooth that was extracted seven years ago and I have been living fine without. Went in yesterday and had many Xrays and a long wait as they were short staffed but they apologized and I went back today to have a tooth restoration because mine broke and the Dentist Dr Corbitt was great and so was the staff at the Dunkirk office. I really miss Dr Michelle who used to be there but the new Dentist was really nice and so was everyone else.
