The girl at check in was very rude I get they were short staffed but I myself work in dental and we all have days like that but you never take it out on the patient. Then I tried to get my son in for a cleaning and was told he has to come in for exam then come back on a different day for cleaning nobody does that. Was told that I would get a email from office manager to answer some questions I had no email. Had a cleaning appointment for my self today at 1:00 was not seen until almost 2:00. I have been very happy so far with Aspen Dental! So glad I'm finally getting my teeth fixed. Everyone has been very nice!
