After retiring from NYSDOCS in 2009 I found myself without dental insurance. Finally last year our union offered us a affordable plan. Needless to say I have not been to the dentist in some time. I initially was concerned and embaresed about my teeth. They made me feel great,and are currently treating all my issues concerning my teeth. Very professional and showed honesty as far as I am concerned. Chuck Karlstrom.
My appointment was for a cleaning. The hygienist (sorry can't recall her name) was friendly and upbeat. Made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She did a good job and I left happy.
These people are amazing.....I felt so comfortable. They guide you through every aspect of the process.....had all my uppers pulled and the dentures look amazing.....#1 in my book
My 92 year old mom asked me to make her an appointment at Aspen Dental. She saw an add for replacement dentures... and she liked the price. They were able to see her for a FREE consultation the same day I called. They called us back for a full again FREE x-ray right on time. Set her up with a TV, Dentist arrived right after that. DR. Shenouda was excellent... Cleaned out an area that had been irritating her... explained and answered all questions. Everyone in the office was wonderful and professional. No charge. I was met with an awesome friendly professional staff that I have never seen before at a business... I would highly recommend Aspen Dental to anyone who is skiddish about this type of medical. The education that follows with each step of the way is phonominal!!!!! GREAT job guys !!!!!
