My appt.check-up exam was on Sept. 14 at 11am. I was taken in by 11:30. I was taken to the x-ray machine and the young lady misunderstood when I stated I wore upper dentures she thought I said I was refusing the x-rays. I was taken back to the Drs chair and I waited in the chair for another 10min. The Dr did a quick exam and said I was OK, and had no problems. Went in yesterday and it was a great visit. There always so respectful, professional, patient, caring and very careful with how they do things. They were falling behind, I don't know if they were short staffed, but they handled it VERY well. I ALWAYS have one of my two boys with me whenever I go and they are so good, patient, caring and understanding. Was explained everything thoroughly and had a great visit..I highly recommend this office
They made me feel like family. I see a few people complaining about the cost but you get what you pay for and I'm very happy i put my investment in my teeth
