These people DO NOT CARE! I came into the dental office a week ago, crying, because my tooth was aching so much that I could not stand the ringing in my ear. They made me sit for two hours as they took x-rays and poked at my teeth. In the end, they never tried to fix my problem. I wanted to know when they would be able to extract my tooth. I gave them THREE WEEKS before my appointment time to recognize my Cigna dental insurance. Gave them the following to verify my insurance: group number, Social security, and policy number. Told me the day before my appointment: everything is good to good for my cleaning. Then, showed up to my appointment (after working until 2:00am). Front desk told me they can't service me because they still need to verify my insurance by calling them (but can't contact them today because of its Saturday) smh. Been here for cleaning and filling. Doctor and staff are young and you don't see the actual doctors which are listed on the website or in clinic. The dentist who did my filling is the only doctor I have seen in the whole clinic and a hygienist. Their names were not even mentioned in the clinic or their website. So if you're looking at the dentist online and want to go to the clinic. You won't find them. This place has patients lined up all the time and you need to get an appointment beforehand than randomly showing up.
