My mother needed new dentures after breaking her old ones. I contacted the answering service to schedule an appointment for her. They claimed that things were moving more slowly than normal because their systems had been down for more than a month and they were unsure of when they would be back up and running. Dental surgery was a complete failure and a nightmare. Been in 2 times to get the bone sticking out of my gum removed. some still there.

Worst company ever. Had an emergency on Memorial Day and called the 24 hr line and got told they are closed to call back Tuesday. What’s the point of the 24 hr line then? So I called and changed dentists the same day and got meds called in working 30 min. If zero was a Option that’s what I would give this company

I got my wisdom teeth removed this week and the surgery went great! For the record, I've come here for a little over two years for all preventative dental needs. Before surgery, I had a chance to speak with the surgeon one on one about the surgery and post op care. The worst part for me was the IV sedation, as I was scared about that. The team took great care of me and helping me to relax during sedation. The surgery went quickly, with bleeding stopping after only a few hours. sat there for 2 hours before they told me the visit was over. I went to have a VERY painful tooth pulled or treated and they didn't even tell me the oral surgeon wasn't there. so I basically went to be told that "yep you're teeth are bad." And when they tried to schedule for them to be removed they were going to charge me over $2000 out of pocket. insane. Don't go here unless you're filthy rich and not in pain.

Beware !!! This is absolutely the biggest scam in dentistry. All they do is try to up sell . When you call them out and ask them to just fix the problem, they get very rude . Was told I needed 6 teeth extracted . I went to another dentist . They wouldn’t even send over my xrays . All I needed was one cavity filled . Probably good for a cleaning and selling dentures not much else .
