Tried Aspen dental, was very pleased with their office. Everyone was super.
It was ok. My appointment was at 845 and I was told to be there at 830, so I arrived at 830 and wasn't taken back until after 9. I had X-rays, meeting with the hygienist, and dentist and I didn't leave until 1045. Everyone was really nice, just didn't expect to spend 2 hours there.
Aspen was in my Insurance network. I waited an hour to be seen. I have always taken care of my teeth and any Dentist or hygienist I have seen in the past told me my teeth and gums were in very good condition and that they could tell that I took great care in brushing and flossing and seeing a dentist regularly. The Dentist at Aspen also said everything looked very good. However the hygienist said I had some bone loss that was probably due to an infection and wanted me to spend over $400 and 3 visits to have my teeth cleaned.... read more
Not concerned about patient needs. Did not complete the work as promised or provide services stated.
I will never go back to aspen dental.So stop with the letters.
I scheduled my appointments on Fridays in Easley South Carolina. The Aspen Dental office is open half day on Friday. They canceled my appointments on 3-4 occasions. At my last visit the hygienist said I should have tried to come in earlier because of the seriousness of my dental needs.
PEOPLE ARE NICE,BUT DON'T GO.THEY WANTED 2988.00 TO CLEAN TEETH AND ONE FILLING,MY COST AFTER INSURANCE IS 1586.00,WAY TOO MUCH!!!
I paid in full over 3 years ago. I've been thru 3 dentists and multiple office personnel changes. My denture is still the temporary plate. I had them made Finally back several months ago and they are 2 times too big for my mouth. I told them when I was there and was blown off and told they'd call me to fix it.
