I went in as a new patient to get a front tooth filled. After more than a dozen xrays the hygienist came in and poked, then gave me an assessment. Then the dentist came in and acted as if she would fill the tooth after I had heard the estimate for treatment. After waiting 20 minutes it was presented to me: filling the tooth was declined and I should have all my teeth pulled! cant even get an appointment in there. I've called and tried several different days that I would be off and ALWAYS get told no. How can I get the treatment i need if i cant even get in. its ridiculous. I had an infection due to a tooth I cracked and a huge sack building up from it. I had to end up going to another dentist which luckily for me turned out to be a great and quick dentist just a farther drive.

Wouldn't recommend Aspen Dental. When your Insurance hasn't paid fast enough they ask you to pay. Then when you have credit back they don't pay it all back to you. Watch everything you make Payments on or you will get shorted.

Horrible place! Doing unnecessary procedures to try to get your money! BEWARE! My 76 year old mother in law went here in November for a (one) lower abscessed tooth. She came out having been convinced that she needed ALL of her lower teeth removed for a denture. Three weeks into this, she cannot wear the denture, she cannot eat anything, she has sores all in the inside of her mouth and now on the back of her throat. I live in North Carolina i tried dentist in my area and i needed my teeth pulled and get dentures they say well we can fill them but when i eat the fillings come out so i saw Aspen on tv so i called then and made a appointment and went yes they agreed they needed pulled so i said i have no insurance i was told that they have a payment plan they would run my credit and i was approved so we sent the amount to pay and i had 18 teeth pulled at once they made impressions and a few weeks later and picked them up the set i got i go... read more

The staff were very friendly and helpful despite my unfortunate situation. I was very disappointed with the oral surgeon at this location. I called for appointment and was told that he would be at this location on the day of my appointment. I wanted to see if I could possibly talk to him for a few minutes about a wisdom teeth emergency. I was very disappointed when he refused to meet with me and I was told to go elsewhere. I do not recommend this dentist office.

They took care of me pull all my teeth and put dentures in the dr and staff was really nice I would do it all again with Aspen dental in Easley SC

Mom came and got her teeth cost of 2200 and now every mth or two having to go back cost anywhere from 150 to 90 so much for warranty this place is a joke

I can’t vouch for the quality of care because I went another route. The staff and Dr. we’re very friendly and nice but my concern was the pricing of the treatment plan and that the recommendations could be an up-sale. It had been awhile since my last dentist visit so I knew it would be a bit more work and I had a tooth that was broken. My treatment plan reffered me to get a root canal with another DR.
