The wife had a appointment today at 2:45. We get there and she was told that she was not scheduled for one. Even though she had a appointment card with the time and date. What a way to run a business. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
Dont go.. the place in Etown is a rip off.. I was there waiting for over 5 hours and had to pay twice.. cost me over $200 bucks.. saw several customers get mad and leave... its honestly a rip off place..
After they get your money there the customer service is terrible. Wait over in hour to get called back. People go in front of me that are paying that day. I paid cash then forgotten.���
3-hours later and no service just waiting.... would never recommend!
The people were nice, on time with the appointment, didn't floss my gums to death like every other dental assistant before. A good first cleaning!
You know, it'd be nice if you were actually seen the time of your APPOINTMENT. The waits are ridiculous, why schedule an appt. If you have to wait so long after.
went in today at 8 am was seen at 830 am for x-rays. the girl doing them shoved the thing halfway down my throat. I got a cut in my mouth from her shoving that hard plastic in. Went back to see the Dentist at first was nice but then felt like he started to talk down to me because i asked a question. was told i will be called with how much it will be and if they called my script in at Walgreen at 910 am and it is now 451 pm and nothing. I will be going some where else and will never tell anyone to go to this hack place.
