This place is a joke. If you're looking at reviews trying to decide if you should try thisnoage out or not DON'T do it!! we liked that this place had flexible hours and open on weekends so work doesn't have to be missed but my husband would rather just take off work than give this place any business. if I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I paid SO much money out of my pocket for my husband to have two teeth pulled. when I left the room the day of the exam the dental assistant said to my husband "You married HER?" TRASHY and UNPROFESSIONAL. my husband is left with the biggest hole I've ever seen all the way to the back of the jaw, and some stitches, all night he's in pain, I've been awake with him for two days now, this tooth issue has almost cost me my job due to lack of sleep for helping with the kids AND taki... read more
I take my kids here because Stacey the hygienist was awesome to my kids after they were traumatized by Kool Smiles. However, my wife and I both have had unpleasant experiences there. My teeth are not in good shape, and they expected me to pull $3,500 out of another part of my body to pay that.

Very friendly staff. And they are good at educating their customers. At age 37 I had no idea that there was such a thing as aggressive brushing.

Staff was the only positive thing of the entire visit, needed 1 tooth pulled to be able to get my dentures. Was given one price over the phone which was fair but after I got there they wanted almost triple of original quote. Needless to say I won't be going back.
Very high prices. Went to have chipped tooth repaired. After exam. - there price was $3400. When I told them I couldn’t afford that price. They suggested $2400 - leaving cap for another time. Still could not afford. Explained that I wanted chipped tooth fixed. After consulting with Dentist, I was told he would not repair tooth until I first committed to some gum work (could not afford). Left office - very disappointed!!

The staff is very friendly & courtious, but I was quite disappointed in the total visit. In fact, I walked out of there with the same tooth in my mouth that had taken me there in the first place. I really needed it extracted since it had been bothering me every night for over two weeks & I explained that to them, But I guess since I didn't have funds enough to pay for ALL the dental work that I wanted done over all, I was not going to be able to have the current tooth taken out either. They are listed as emergency service but it’s a scam. They bring you in and instead of fixing your emergency they tell you about the $10,000 of work they need to do before fixing your original problem. Don’t list yourself as an emergency service as you are not

Took my mom to Aspen Dental to get her tooth extracted. She was up all night in pain with it the night before and she called the next morning. They told her over the phone they accepted her type insurance but when she got over there they said they didn't. They wanted her to pay over $1,000 before they did any work on her.
