I visited the Elizabethtown location yesterday Tuesday, May 24. I was scheduled to have an exam and my teeth cleaned. During the exam I had a tooth with a broken filling. The schedule is tight for cleanings. It was suggested I could get the tooth filled and have a cleaning today Wednesday morning. The dentist suggested crowns in a bridge. I spoke with the young lady who was filling in for the office manager who was very very professional and nice. My co-pay with my insurance was going to be almost $3200! I was there for almost 2 hours, still waiting to see a doctor. I asked the nurse how much longer it would be. Her response " no idea" So I tell her my time is just as valuable and need answers. She laughs and said umm ok. I walked out. FURIOUS. Rude, disrespectful, inconsiderate and unorganized. NEVER AGAIN

Don’t bother with this place. After waiting with extreme pain in a back tooth, they decided to just cancel my appointment that I had shown up on time for, just because they didn’t get a confirmation the day before. They never called, texted, or emailed me for a confirmation. Never mentioned it on the initial phone call either. And the woman behind the counter was absolutely awful about it. Crooks. Told me $145 then all the sudden it’s 250 when I got there and they saw how much pain I was in. So u I asked. What about the 145 y’all told me over the phone. The lady said well xrays and all that. For one on the door it says free xrays and Exam. Now they see me in pain so they try and squeeze as much as they could. So I said fuck em. I’ll gladly wait till tomorrow for generations dental in Radcliff. That’s only 125. Aspen dental y’all are some crooks and think cuz a person in pain they will pay whatever.. Fuck u

horrid experience. stay away. went in to get a filling replaced left after they made my mouth bleed twice with no filling. outrageously expensive also. try literally ANYWHERE ELSE.

My husband was scheduled to have 4 wisdom Teeth pulled today. We called them yesterday to confirm as he had no follow up call reminding him of his appointment. They said sorry sir there is an error on your account. We don’t have you scheduled. Let me speak to the manager and call you back. Although the dental care in general is good, the employees (office staff) are trained to push and then try to shame people onto buying their products and extra services. If you decline, be prepared for eye rolls. I have dental insurance and there are things it won’t cover there. However, I was in need of a root canal, and was referred to a wonderful endodontist. Just stand your ground if they try to push things on you that you don’t want/need.

I went in because I was in pain from a tooth that needed to be pulled. The tooth was not out until four hours after my appointment time. The dentist tried to tell me I needed several teeth pulled. She talked from a desk behind me, and did not look at me when she talked. She did not give much explanation or discuss a treatment plan like their paperwork says.
