Felt like a number not very friendly just did their job. Never addressed the issue really just gave me a print out what they were going to do n cost guess I’m old school u have a cleaning n they tell u what needs to b done

I made emergency appt. took 2 weeks to be seen. Then i get there and only got xrays done. They had no intention of working on my issues even tho i kept repeating why i was there. Had 2 hours of exams to only meet with office manager at end. To say I’m angry is an understatement. If I had known I would of just made appt elsewhere. oh by checking to if your fiance company gonna cover if not it a waste of time for them and you they walk off and leave you fir ,20 minutes at a time I was excited thought I was gonna be able to smile again I thought your prices were high but I agreed to the monthly payment and Bam denied really I drove a hour for that well I'm sure to tell everyone not to go there unless your pockets are fat tell that from the gate .thanks for wasting my time . unhappy customer

I cannot say enough great things about the office Manager and the front desk receptionist.. girls even the assistant was very nice during this visit.. But the dentist was brutal and very unkind he had horrible bed side manner i felt like i was just a number in a butcher shop waiting to get butchered.. he was rough and not kind it was like oh well deal attitude.. it will be a week tomorrow 12/10/2019 my apt was 12/03/2019.. i have been dealing with the worst pain ever since this happened.. my first experience i had the most... read more

I gave this dentist a recommendation last year after I had a “positive” experience. However, I am not sure if there was a staff turn over but I would not take my dog to this office. They are rude on the phone and not very caring. I called because I broke a back tooth and they set me up for an appointment. When they day came for my appointment I started getting a cold, so I called and told them I needed to reschedule. AVOID- new patients wait over an hour just to be seen, and my whole first experience took almost 4 HOURS and they did NOTHING other then waste my time. I was shopping around for a new dentist so I asked a few questions via phone calls. Apparently that's a problem with this place because the clerk wrote on my chart "asks a lot of questions may be a problem patient". Very unprofessional. Awful place.
Wish I could give a 0 . . . I wasted 2 hours of my time at Aspen Dental. I have a dental discount card that has codes and lists the amounts I'm to pay. Aspen was in my network. They were gonna charge me around $1200 for crown or $300 to pull. Not to mention the thousands of dollars of add-on items and a deep cleaning. Apparently everyone needs this deep cleaning or they won't perform any work. Yeah well that deep cleaning is $800-$1000 - just google Aspen and consumer affairs or read the lawsuits!
