My mother went last week and said it was the most unprofessional office she had ever been to! The X-ray setup was ridiculous and very dangerous. She is 81 and had to remove her glasses, and then with no assistance, try to step over the frame of the machine while also ducking under a bar. The dental chair was in horrible condition! Their would be no proper way to sanitize it with thousands of cracks in the upholstery. The staff was dressed very unprofessionally, not even wearing identifying clothing or tags. What a nightmare, do not go to this place.
Right now Aspen Dental is ripping my family off. They make us pay in advance before the file claim with the insurance company. Then I found out what we was charge and what our insurance company says we should pay is not the same. My insurance company paid more than what Aspen Dental said they would. Here is is almost 5 months later and they have not refunded the money back. When I call them, they tell me they don't do the book keeping there and will not give me the number to call them. Just extremely frustrating experience so far to be honest. I went in to get a yearly exam and invisalign. The xray machine was down, they had me come back later in the week. Xray machine was still down but had my cleaning down, they had me come back the following week, still down. They just did my fillings without xray and finally did the invisalign exam. PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ!!!!! We went to Aspen Dental on the west side due to a dental emergency and them being the only dentists that could fit us in quickly with our insurance. Now with that being said the following is documented with paperwork, emails and yes I EVEN VIDEO TAPED THEM!
