SCAMMERS! I sent my daughter to Aspen as a college student 6 hours from home experiencing tooth pain. We were told she has a cavity and needed her wisdom and molars pulled, We decided to wait until her next break from school. She went to see her dentist at home and they would NO CAVITY, nothing that even slightly resembled a cavity! Went to the west side office to have two teeth extracted. They didn't open until my appointment time. Then after x-rays, a scan, paperwork, etc (1 1/2 hrs later), the dentist comes in with a bad attitude towards me. Then because I'm extremely tired & kind of grumpy, she says she doesn't like my attitude towards her. So she walks out & the manager comes in & kicks me out because the dentist is "uncomfortable with me". So I never got teeth extracted. Don't go here.
The wait is way too long and the lobby is as hot as hell, very uncomfortable.
You could attempt to maintain the scheduled times that you set for clients. I have only had one appointment that I arrived for on time that I did not wait at least 20 to 30 minutes past my scheduled time. Dr. Biggerstaff and one of the assistants named Jennifer are amazing. However, Monica has been a very negative experience for me. She is very rushed, placed my temporary crown so that it irritated my tooth and had to be cut off. She is impatient and dropped my crown on the floor and we both had to look for it.
Wow! I’ve been going to Aspen Dental for over 8 years, with no problems until the new office manager, Carrie. She is the rudest person I’ve ever met, with horrible customer service. I went in on my lunch break to get some information from her. She told me she couldn’t help because she was on her break and I could come back at 1. Almost 2 years of the same ol same ol! They still have not filed insurance claim with my insurance company! The now manager is a joke too! Went in today to give them my information again for the twentieth time! The manager was put out did not have time to get my chart and make the correct changes! This is how they do everyone from what I have heard! My correct insurance has a 2 year window and this has been going on since 7/17!! I need a corporate number!
What a total joke. 3 hours wait to find out they are twice the price of the local oral surgeon. I even knew what teeth needed extracted and they couldn’t price me over the phone. Then their office manager made fun of me when I said I couldn’t afford it. They are the Earl Scheib of the dental industry

The experience I've had with this office and the partial I had made there are far too lengthy for a Facebook post. But they are the reason people hate going to the dentist. I have been given the runaround when trying to contact anyone who might be above the local office.
This company is a JOKE. Instead of actually fixing the issues, they want to collect all your money for everything that needs to be done to your teeth and make those future appointments. Tooth pain? Oh who cares, they want your money first.
