I have been here for almost 2 hours and haven’t seen the dentist! This is not okay!!!!

There is no sense in making an appt. if they are going to keep you waiting 2-3 or more hrs past it before seeing you. Has happened more than once so it isn't a fluke.

This place is a joke! Visited a different dentist after aspen to get a second quote and the treatment plan was completely different. Apparently the dentist at aspen needs to go back to school. Prices and wait times (with appointment) were outrageous as well!

So I went in for the free xray and exam and was very disappointed with their service. First off you will be paying for the previous things if you get any work done. I was quoted 827 and got the work done for half that and much sooner than when aspen would have. Don't waste your time here because you will not be happy. Also there was a horrible smell in the waiting room.
Office manage on west side was rude and didnt even explain all the payment was in to big of a hurry to leave it was a last apponintment i had never go there these people r rude
Appt was 2:15 but didn't see dentist till 3:15. First visit is free & I needed to see if my dentures needed to be re-aligned. He assessed them & said they don't need to be replaced, just re-aligned. I could leave them there & pick them up tomorrow. When I told him they didn't take my insurance & I'd have to find a place that did, his whole face & attitude changed. Years ago I made my initial appointment online and selected the Green River Road location as this was closer to my home. Even though the online booking system said appointments were available at the Green River location, I was later contacted and told they had no availability and was instead sent to the Red Bank location. It was a pretty easy appointment considering the tooth from hell. Already scheduled to get other work done little by little.
Do not go to these people - they treat you like poop. Will not listen to the patient! Just tell you to stick the denture in you mouth & come back in 5 weeks! Rather hateful people tht star at the top should be a - - - - -
