Most of the staff are great! I don't like what seems like a pressure move to pay for services.

Staff was very professional. The recommended services were very clearly defined, explained and completed in a timely manner. They were very accommodating of my schedule.
As I needed two crowns, next to each other, that happened to come out a day apart my decision to appoint myself at Aspen Dental, in Valparaiso, to help me yielded an extraordinarily wonder experience. Whenever I have had an occasion to visit this location for cleanings or other tooth related services, I'm greeted with the biggest smiles while enjoying the warmest collaboration between patient and dentist and/or staff. Just so everyone knows, I have a huge phobia of the dentist! I break into sweats and everything. My experience at Aspen dental was terrific. They made sure I was comfortable and calm. I was so happy when they told me that my wisdom teeth would be removed while I was sedated. It was over before I even realized it. Thank you Aspen Dental. You guys are great!

The staff was very nice and accommodating to my nervous kids. Everyone starting from front desk to the dentist was professional and friendly.

When in for a general cleaning, for which my dental coverage covers. Was told that I would need to pay $153 . Called Humana to complain and was advised that I am covered for the cleaning. Humans called the office and a lot of back peddling was done. I'm going to look for a dentist that doesn't try to stick you up without a gun.

They charged me in full before work was done... It was a tech, not the Dr. that told me that the dentures will never work properly... I'm paying them monthly for my denture paper weight.

I had a crown put on yesterday 11/11/25 and 4 hours later it fell off I called evergreen location twice no one answered or returned my call. I come in 11/12/25 been here since 8:30 it is now 10:40 and I'm still waiting for them to put crown back on. It's not my fault that the crown fell off 4 hours later. So quick to take money but take up my time I have things to do. Just like you have a job to make sure patient are taken care of.
