This company is a rip off! They tell you everything is covered by insurance, but when you get there, they sit you in a private room with the office manager and tell you that you need required unnecessary dental work, my estimate was $17,496.00! They won't clean your teeth unless you agree to their plan. Meanwhile they use and bill your insurance company for the one time yearly benefit of X-rays and exam. And you're done. WARNING; I can't stress this enough, go somewhere else.

I am a very dissatisfied customer. I went for a root canal in August and is currently in November still having horrible pain and discomfort. They advised to have it done again wow have a second root canal. The endodontist did not do a successful job and all prior visits resulted in gum infections where antibiotics were needed. I have already paid a substantial amount of money for an incompetent job. I don't know what to do now. I had a Appointment Today at Aspen 11:00 Am I got there on time there was about 3 ppl there when I arrived I checked in and patiently waited for my turn as they called the ppl that were already there about 4 ppl came in After I did at least one had no Appointment as I continued to wait I noticed that EVERYONE That came in after me was being called so I addressed this issue and was told ppl were being treated for different types of things/ issues Which I definitely understand BUT!!! Holy smokes the reviews on here are unbelievable! I was all excited about going to Aspen dental but now I don't think so. And at the end of these horrible reviews there's always the same thing, some administrator asking the people to call a 1866 number. Why don't they just fix the problems instead of having the patients call and talk about them isn't this enough on here

The staff are very kind and courteous. However, the wait times are unacceptable. The minimum wait time for your appointment is 25-30 minutes . This is the only complaint that I have . Albeit a very big complaint , it's not even a scheduling issue because I've been the first appointment and still waited 30 minutes . I've been the only one in the lobby and still waited 30 minutes .

My daughter had an appointment for a week in half to have a wisdom tooth pulled. the night before the surgery at their closing time they called to reschedule her appointment. This very unprofessional.

ITS A SCAM! I have been paying my genesis payments for a year or so now without missing, even paying more, but today I go in to be told it's $400 to reschedule since "They didn't have time for anything today" when I called to schedule today's appointment, I told them I have a tooth that needs to be out ASAP it's horrible pain, the DR refused to take that one out that was causing most pain, and kept repeating well we have to reschedule and since we need to take more teeth out then just that one, to walk in for the next vis... read more

My appointment was at 9:45 and it is now 10:30 and they still haven't even called me back. When I first arrived they tried to tell me I had not confirmed my appointment, thereforeI would have to wait or I could reschedule. I did confirm via phone and online. Apparently confirming your appointment doesn't guarantee you won't wait awhile.
