They delay procedures never answer the phone and they are very unprofessional.I don't recommend this place .Especially the one on Randolph.run the other way.They are affiliated with tag dental and they are causing mental health issues on people.These people need to be sued and inspected it's definitely some fraud going on at this company.Putting people through unnecessary surgery taking out all their teeth not giving them better options and then making them wait 3 years to get teeth. I have had a nightmare experience at this office. 1. They charged me for services that I never asked for and they never explained or discussed that these services are not covered, 2. I was left in pain for weeks with a fungal infection and ulcers unable to eat and finally I was seen by the Dentist who announced that I had a fungal infection and ulcers developed because of the unfit dentures. Terrible place. New doctors every month. Couldd never get my crown correct and finally I lost the tooth. Stay away!

First, whenever you call, you get "due to higher call volume, you may experience a longer wait time prior to speaking to a team member" They never answer. Does not matter when you call. Second, I went in for a chipped tooth, I receive a $30,000 estimate for alot of work and the tooth wasn't fixed. Said she'd fix it at next appointment. I made an appointment in Rogers Park. When I got there the door was locked. I saw the lights on but nobody was there. I called and nobody answered the phone. Very weird.

I went n2 Aspen Dental office located in Melrose Park on North Ave. On my first visit I did x-rays and the consultation. I wanted to get two implants but they told me my best option was bridges, so I figured the Dr. knows best. If I could give this a zero star I would.Lets start with the outrageous overly expensive procedures, followed by trying to upsell unnecessary dental work. My husband and I went in for dental work, he needed a chip tooth fixed I needed a cap/Crown. $8,000 later and Yes I am Serious! They want me to get braces lmao just for $6000 more dollars. This company is a rip off! They tell you everything is covered by insurance, but when you get there, they sit you in a private room with the office manager and tell you that you need required unnecessary dental work, my estimate was $17,496.00! They won't clean your teeth unless you agree to their plan. Meanwhile they use and bill your insurance company for the one time yearly benefit of X-rays and exam. And you're done. WARNING; I can't stress this enough, go somewhere else.

I am a very dissatisfied customer. I went for a root canal in August and is currently in November still having horrible pain and discomfort. They advised to have it done again wow have a second root canal. The endodontist did not do a successful job and all prior visits resulted in gum infections where antibiotics were needed.
