Their practices are nothing short of deceitful. We have dental insurance with 100% coverage for cleaning and exams and this practice tried to charge me 93.00. They do things then after the fact inform you it's not covered on insurance. They did a oral cancer screening on me at the cleaning then charged me 70.00. Overcharging abounds. Lies, lies, lies. I scheduled an appt 4 weeks ago to be seen for an annual cleaning on April 25th at 2pm which is a Saturday. When scheduling my appt I specifically asked for a Saturday appt. Today ( the 23rd a Thursday ) I receive an automated call reminding me of my appt on Sat but states the time as 11:15am. 11:15?! Wtf is that about?! So I speak to an operator.
