Called early morning for an emergency. I spoke with the receptionist & gave her my info along with insurance carrier. I told them specifically on the phone that I was coming in for a dental emergency and had a tooth that needed extracted. I told them that if they could not do that then I would call elsewhere. I had to get my wisdom teeth out and a couple fillings for which was I was approved by care credit. They ended up starting to drill my tooth and realized they made a mistake and that I would actually need a root canal, but I couldn’t extend the line of credit. So they left me with a half finished root canal, for which I was in a lot of pain and just sent home to figure out what to do. Sorry this is long. I’ll start of by saying the woman who cleaned my teeth was great. She was awesome, and nothing negative I have to say reflects on her. I wish I could give her separate bonus stars. Unfortunately, the business end of this operation is unacceptable. My first visit, they tried to sneak a $100+ electric toothbrush in my bill. Way to expensive, not to friendly and didn’t even clean my teeth, just told me my work would cost 2300 after insurance! Don’t recommend it nor will I go back!!!
As I was in a lot of pain I was looking for somewhere to get a tooth pulled asap. I called a few places before I called Aspen Dental. They were very friendly and let me know I would be able to come in the same day. When I got there everyone was very nice and made me feel welcome. I received a free exam and x-ray. I sat down in the chair and waited about 10 minutes before the Dr. came in to see me. We discussed what needed to be done and he let me know the person in the front needed me to fill out some papers. I was very scared to go to the dentist because I had some dentist that were not good. The dentist and team at Aspen Dental quickly put my fears to rest. This is the most pain free dentist I have ever been to. The teeth cleaning was also the most painless I have ever experienced. The staff is knowledgeable and very kind. They patiently answered all my questions. I never used to smile but now I smile all the time.

They were quick to get me in and examined but not very helpful in getting me treatment for my throbbing tooth because the only payment plans they take are their outside credit sources. Also their treatment quote is significantly higher than the private dentist I ended up going to who will accept payments.

Yeah they make me dentures then they sold me 7 years that didn't cover reline I have to break them! Mentor Ave �������� and they don't take Medicare but they wanted $690.00 for them to fix their teeth WTF�
