If I could give no stars I would. I came i to the Fairlawn office for tooth pain. As soon as I checked in I was told I needed to pay 94 before even running my insurance. The rude condescending front desk clerk became irritated once I called my insurance company on speaker phone and questioned her why she ran my card before verifying my insurance. RecommendedGod Bless the Folks at Aspen Dental! I won’t up with severe tooth and gum pain to the point as if someone punched me in the face. I was nauseated and needed relief quickly. I contacted my Dentist to learn he was out today, they suggested going to the ER or contact my Primary Doctor. ER copay is $300 and my Dr. didn’t have any openings today and I needed something this morning. I would not recommend. I had to cancel my appointment on 9/2 asked for my money back. Was beyond pressured to put the money down to begin with. The unprofessional people at the office told me on last friday I would get my money back.. but nope never happened... what scammers.

I’ve commented before and no one ever follows up to resolve issues. I would not recommend they are only about the $$$. I am so disappointed in their service

Aspen Dental 3737 West Market St Fairlawn is the worst, they do poor work and when you have a problem all they want to do is charge you again. Aspen Dental is all about the money, my husband had two veneers made and when the one cracked a year later Aspen would not replace it. We were told we had to pay all over again and when I told them that the should stand behind their work the story changed to they never did that tooth.
