They will keep rescheduling you, only to cancel the appt you finally were able to get….without notifying you….so you show up to said appt and were told “ohhh, we tried to call you”…which was a flat out lie. Don’t recommend 🙌🏻
Lindsay is a real see ya next Tuesday very unprofessional I paid 1,000 to make an appointment to get my wisdom teeth out because I’m in extreme pain and the next morning they call to cancel because they didn’t want to do them that late so i took my business else where the place I went to is extremely nice and very professional the location I highly do not recommend. 0 out 5 starts I give
Recommendedabsolutely love Dr Ellen she was so professional and caring with my mom. Chelsie (sp?) was so helpful too. Mom and I are so satisfied with the friendliness and professionalism of the entire staff. 10 stars for sure!!
All the employees were kind but after being examined computer went down, was unable to make an appointment to have filled. Never called me back, and I tried to reach them with no success.
Such a scam. Tried to up sell me on so many things. Pushed Invisalign so hard. I didn’t need any of it. Just a filling. Not going back.
DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They consistantly have scheduling problems. On two seperate occasions he showed up for an appointment and had to reschedule...once because they double booked and the other because the doctor had an "emergency". They even called him once the day of his appt. and asked if he could come early because the doctor wanted to leave early. And don't even get me started on billing problems. I would rather lose all my teeth than to go here!
My husband just got a bill for over $2,000! I am not happy 😡
What a joke- scheduling and staffing issues plague this location! My last two visits were rescheduled multiple times because they either scheduled me on a day they weren’t actually going to be open, they didn’t have hygienists available, or the hygienists needed to leave early. Neither of the visits was I actually seen by the dentist. How do you let your clients go a whole year without the dentist laying eyes on them?! Beware.
Last year I had a bunch of work done that I used their financing service to pay for. After a long sit down meeting with the office manager going over the payment plans and what my insurance would cover and what they wouldn't, we calculated the amount I would have to pay for. After a year of paying off the financed amount, I received a notice from Aspen explaining insurance did not cover some of the bill they thought they would. So I called insurance to see what and why.
