Came here because I was having an emergency and couldn't see my regular dentist. Won't make that mistake again.
The x-ray technician Danielle was very rude and the supervisor was not any help at all. I ended up not getting my cleaning at this location due to her. I felt uncomfortable because of her and decided to go elsewhere.
Scheduling, communication, billing, and ethics. Trying to get my wisdom teeth pulled and they cannot schedule appropriately- I went for a surgery consult and got a dentist. I went for a consult again, and they tried to put me in for surgery without talking to anyone, and instead of charging me for the consult, charged me $700+. They didn't even confirm what services I was there to receive. Now I'm out $700+ and waiting on a refund. Mind you this is the same girl that scheduled me for the consult that messed it up. All I wanted was a cleaning. They made me get/dentist is on sick leave and has all my records, but they had to do the $100 x-ays that I did not want. I felt fleeced
All my visits to Aspen Dental had gone well, and been productive ...Until my visit this week. Went in with a problem, was rush-examined, came out an hour later $97 lighter in the wallet, and with no solution to my problem. they seemd more eager to get my money, and get me out of the way, than to actually find out what the problem was, and treating it. Suffice to say, I'm still steaming from the experience.
The people were friendly but the service was terrible. I was there for nearly 2 hours for 5 minutes with a dentist. It looked to be the only dentist although there had to be at least 6 or 7 patients sitting in the dental chairs.
