I wouldnt say this place was horrible, but it wasnt pleasant either. Theyre basically all about their money. If you dont have health insurance they treat you like dirt, EXCEPT for the actual guy who works on your teeth he was pretty decent. I wouldnt recommend this place for anyone unless you're rich.
They are quick,courteous, and know what they are doing. Highly recommend them and hope you will give hem a try.

My sister was treated horribly at this location. Her treatment has caused me to cancel my appointment that I had already paid for and go elsewhere, very disappointed.
I went in for a simple cleaning to the Fairview Park location. They told me that I wasn't even scheduled on the books. I had received an e-mail confirmation and even a text reminder, so they were wrong on both counts. I had to wait for 45 minutes in the waiting room. They did a full set of X-rays. This was the second time I have been to Aspen and they were horrible (both times). I went in there to get a simple tooth extraction and in the process of that, the dentist, Dr. J, completely broke the tooth next it and refused to fix it unless I payed more money. Honestly, I think they do this stuff on purpose. He also sent me home with NO pain meds or antibiotics. Worst dental facility. I will NEVER go back there again.
Awful. Unbelievably awful. So happy I found a private practice in my insurance because this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. You'll have better luck going to a dental school if cost is your concern.
