My time at Aspen Dental was outstanding, I went there and got my free exam and Xrays done and they were very good on telling me what needed to be done . They understood that I was on a tight budget and told me there was two options that could help me pay for my services. I wasn't sure what to expect trying a new dentist, but it paid off. The staff was all very cordial. The work I had done seemed more thorough than anything I can recall having done in the past. The doctor was excellent; seemed genuinely concerned for my well being and health, and not just in regard to my mouth. To top it all off, the facilities were very nice, you can even watch your own personal tv (with Directv!) while in the chair. I'll be going back.
I am beyond happy with the services I received at Aspen dental. I would recommend anyone and everyone to check them out! They got me in right away without any wait at all. They took everything step by step at my pace and made sure I didn't get overwhelmed. I was treated very well and didn't feel judged about the amount of work I needed done. they dentist emergency walk in services. I sat in their office today for 3 hours+, crying in pain. They xray, dentist CONFIRMED my tooth is completely fractured in half, ONLY solution is extraction. They then proceeded to schedule me an appt for Thursday, today is Monday. pain 15 out of 10, there is no eating and I'm supposed to just wait until Thursday. Learned my lesson about checking reviews before booking appointments. I have infected tooth and was given an appointment 4 weeks out which I was OK with. They call me 2 days before to ask for insurance and inform me that they only look at the teeth and give an estimate but don't do cleanings or work the first time. Why the hell would this not be disclosed while booking? I work Monday-Friday and can't just take multiple days off for this.
