Waited over an hour to get my tooth looked at just for them to tell me there server is down thanks for wasting my time not to mention the 4 people that got seen before me when I was checked in first place is a joke don’t waste your time

I went to this business for a cleaning and flouride treatment,was told ins didn't cover flouride contacted my ins and was told yes i was covered?? contacted Aspen was told I was covered come back in ?? really !! I declined some months went by and when I checked my ins discovered Aspen had filed charges for the service I was denied so they were paid for my denial ???? very professional huh ?? lol
No words besides worst place i have been to..... do yourself a favor don’t go to aspen

Do NOT go to Aspen dental. I went there over a year ago for a cleaning. When I arrived on time for my apt I waited 45 minutes to go back and get XRAYs done. After the xrays they said “I was done”- which defeated the whole point of getting an apt for teeth cleaning. I got a bill a few months later and washed my hands of Aspen voicing that I would never go back. A week ago I got a new bill for another visit- that I had never made NOR went to. went their to get a tooth pulled gave full exam about 40 exrays poked around that bad tooth did do nothing but make it worse..do not do their what a joke..made another appointment for a week later ..hes got a broken tooth and it hurts him bad was up all night..told them it was an emergency..now it's worse pain.and unbearable

Basically car salesman for dental hygiene. You'll come in for emergency work and they try to sell you whitening treatments, $120 electric toothbrushes and anything else they can think of. It's a very cold, impersonal and calculating business which is not what you want from the dreaded dental visit. Stay away!!
I have been going since April for dentures. Finall the top plate is fitting if I glue it but the bottom plate will not stay in no matter what I do, Said today that there is nothing more they can do so I am out way TOO much Money. Stay away from Aspine dental.

This is a franchise that sends salesmen in from corporate to train the staff on how to upsell to clients and get them to buy services or treatments they might not need. do some research...completely unethical medical practice.
