I had 3 teeth worked on (2 in which didn’t even have cavities). The dentist told me she could fix a tooth that the gums kept on bleeding on but had no pain whatsoever and now it’s been hurting ever since she “worked” on it. I can’t eat/drink anything cold on that side. The other tooth that didn’t even need to be worked on was wrongfully nova-caned. My visit with Aspen Dental was very good. They explained what they were going to do and then gave me the results. Everyone that was involved with my case was very friendly. I would recommend them without a doubt.

By far the worst experience! Scheduled a cleaning appointment, went in and they did X-rays and then told I needed to come back for the cleaning another day Wasn't told it was a two day appointment to have my teeth cleaned when I called So ok no big deal So the office manager goes over different options and schedules a appointment for a few days later and gives me a card with the appointment time on it and then asks for payment for the cleaning that would be done a few days later. Got a tooth filled here. It was fine. Aside from the dentists assistant who wouldn't quit daydreaming while there were tools in my mouth, or when they numbed my gums, made me wait for over an hour, then come back and act surprised I was still waiting for them. Or the not being asked if I wanted $40 12oz bottle of mouthwash, they just threw it in there. Hands down the worst dentist I've ever been to. I waited in the lobby 45 minutes past my appointment time and when I was finally taken back, the woman taking my x-rays made numerous rude, snarky remarks towards me. I was referred to an oral surgeon for wisdom teeth removal and needed x-rays sent to another office. I called Aspen Dental on 3 separate occasions during normal business hours and the phone rang for over 5 minutes without my call being answered. Disappointing. I showed up 15 minutes early as requested to fill out new patient paperwork. I then sat a full 40 minutes past my scheduled appointment time with absolutely no communication or apology as to why. The dental staff may be fantastic - the reviews say as much - but the customer service is terrible. I ended up walking out.

Worst office I've ever been to. I had a cracked tooth and call right away monday morning at 7:30am. Even though i was in pain, they couldn't fit me in for 2 days. I come in for my appointment today which was scheduled at 2:15, by 2pm. After waiting for an hour and seeing many patients come and go , I went to the front desk.
