Absolutely absurd that the doctor couldn’t help me without having to go try to get me to do a whole plan I don’t even live in the area I needed an emergency temporary and he tried to lie to me and say that he had to build up the tooth and do all this bullshit that wasn’t even true my father was a dentist and he would never of let anybody leave his office in pain just to make a dollar ridiculous don’t go here it’s just a mill. All they wanna do is give you dentures and rip you off.

Receptionist and dentist were extremely nice and friendly! However, the “system” cancelled my appointment twice, without informing me. The woman that did my X-rays was extremely rude and unprofessional. If you don’t like your job then find something else or at least act like you like it, don’t treat your customers with a sour and poor attitude. Office manager was unhelpful and wasn’t very successful in trying to answer the questions that I had, she answered me in circles so I ended up leaving with more questions than I start... read more

RecommendedLet me tell you. I have a very bad fear of dentist and this team made it so easy for me. Marisela the office manager was awesome she made sure I was aware of all prices. And she is very nice. Bri Hany is so sweet. And Doctor B is so nice he talked with me and explained everything he was doing. I can say this is the best Dentist experience I ever had.

terrible bedside manner, left a gaping hole in my fiance's mouth had to go back 2 days after extraction and then went to a different dentist after one week of excruciating pain. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Called and ask the price of a extraction of a wisdom tooth (Findlay Ohio) , was told it would be $125 with the 20% off for first visit , maybe a little more if it was not just a simple extraction. And the Exam and X-ray were free . They did the X-ray and the Dentist did the Exam and said he could extract the tooth right away and that someone would come in a tell me the price . This place is a money pit. They have a way of finding the most expensive option for everything. If you want to spend a lot of money for procedures you probably don't need, then this is the place for you. None of the dentists listed for this practice actually work there. If your insurance gives you other choices for dental service, you should opt for someone other than this place.

I had a root canal and crown down at aspen dental. They made me pay it all before they did it which was fine. So I had a balance of $0. Now they keep sending me a bill for 165 dollars. I’ve called them and stopped into the office and they always say they’ll look into it and call me back. But they never do they just send me a bill again. People beware this place is ONLY after your money. Place is a scam!!!!
