Absolutely terrible!!! I couldnt open my mouth and the dr was very rude to me about it.. I was told my appointment would be free but since I couldnt open my mouth for x-rays I had to pay. One of the tools that were on the tray suppose to be clean looked like it had blood on it thank God nothing went in my mouth... I took pictures of this. After the dr spoke to me for 5 mins I had to wait for 30 mins for the billing lady to come get me she was very nice. Just went to another dentist after going to you! Said they were the worst partial she has ever seen! They were so loose she wondered how I kept them in! Told her I had to take them out to eat. She was shocked. I have someone you really cares. I want my money back!

Nobody knew the reason for my appointment, and they were very rude to me.
They tried telling me I needed my gums cleaned and would not do a regular cleaning until I got that done. well let me tell you I went to a REAL dentist and they said it was not needed. you people are only out for money and could care less about a person and there needs.
If you are considering coming here just make an appointment else where. I gave my insurance information to thre separate people and yet they still didn’t have it. I sat in the waiting room for over an hour waiting to be seen even though I had a appointment. I was given no option to do any treatment that day, they wanted me to make a second appointment. They were great when I got there. I waited almost 1/2 an hour to leave, as I need a scrpit for antibiotics. By then, it was about 12:30. She told me their system was down, but they would call me as soon as it was back up, to set up an appointment, to have a tooth pulled. That was on a Tues. Wed.-Sat., I work 12 hrs. 7am-7pm. They hadn't called by the time I got home, Wed. Thurs., I asked my husband to call and set up an appt. for me, as I only get three 10 min. breaks and a 20 min. break for lunch. BEWARE! I don't usually write reviews but I want to spare anyone else what I've gone through. This is an extremely unethical office. The care is fine, so I don't see why they feel the need to be so sneaky with their charges. I left with a fluoride treatment on my teeth after a cleaning that was totally and completely unecessary. I am an adult and these days we get plenty of fluoride in our water and toothpaste. No adult needs a fluoride treatment.
