My husband was able to go in and be seen and tooth extracted the same day. He recommended I go here. I was told I had to come back for my extraction. I drove 40 min again the next day for that. Then I went back a week later for another tooth and once again my problem could not be solved the same day. I also had long waits while there. Not happy with this place

There is a dental hygienist there who is unnecessarily rough. She scrapes your teeth so hard it feels like she's either going to pull a tooth or chip one. needless to say I will not be going back because I'm afraid she will damage my teeth. Even putting on Orajel to numb my gums felt like she took a needle and was scraping it across my gums. I wish I would have gotten her name. I've had a lot of dental procedures in the past and this was by far the worst. And I've had braces before so that's saying a lot.

The assiants got real bad attitude. The job was done poorly.
Mixed feelings. Last appointment I had it was 2 wisdom teeth pulled, everything went quickly and smooth, healed perfectly. Dentist was thorough in explaining what he was doing while he was doing it. The second time however, I'm currently sitting in the chair STILL waiting for the dentist, my appointment was 10:30, it is now 11:38. Not even getting a procedure, just an appointment to find out what to do about a chipped tooth. I WILL NEVER go to aspen dental again... holy f’n christ.... got my teeth cleaned months ago, paid for the fluoride my insurance doesn’t cover and I am still getting random bills.... first for the fluoride that i paid for before I got seen even.... this time they sent my husband (who’s never been see there) a bill for $94.... which is from my one and only visit for a cleaning that my insurance paid for already. ..... Very split on my review. Went in a couple weeks ago when my dog accidentally head-butted me in the mouth and chipped a front tooth. Went in to have that tooth and ONLY that tooth fixed. Next thing I knew they were taking full x-rays and telling me that two teeth have to be pulled and implants put in and will need 4 fillings. Would cost over 10k and my insurance only allows 1,500. The worst experience ever! The hygienist was rough! She never said a word, never smiled and was as rude as rude could be. She is still mad at me from a past appointment. she said i was late. I proved to her I wasn't. (had appt. card). she took someone else in and i waited for an hour. I have insurance and they are always trying to charge me for something insurance doesn't cover. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemies!
The absolute worst service ever! I left in tears because the hygentist was rude and did not even offer me a tissue! I will be calling on monday to change my dentist.
