Husband went here to have a problem tooth looked at. They put together a treatment plan that was more affordable than the previous dentist my husband had seen. They also didn't try and '"upsell" him on other products or services he didn't want or need (i.e. tooth whitening).
Was always treated very well, until it came time to get my perms. I was told i need to be realistice in my expections. Umm, for $11,000 I think I've let enough things go. But, I'll be damned if I get an off bite in my teeth or sores in my mouth cause they made me force them in. this place is bullshit, well at least their new dr is anyways. Lady is beyond rude. They wouldn't even make corrections to my teeth yesterday. just sat me in a room for 2 hours just to tell me i have to come back in 3 weeks, probably get my money back... read more
it has been 6 months and my care credit account has not been credited from the insurance company
Everyone was delightful. I read several times and saw an ad on TV saying if you didn't have insurance, the exam ws free. I was charged $68.00, so that was a disappointment. The dentist pulled my mouth open so far, it felt that my lip would rip at the corner where top meets botom...three times and that was not fun. Since I have NO insurance, I was required to pay $2,00+ (2/3 of total ) when we made an appointment...I guess I misunderstood that there would be several options as to how I could pay, but that was not the case.
The staff was great and made me feel comfortable especially since i struggle with Panic Disorder, but unfortunately im terrible upset with the damage done in my mouth. I received a tooth extraction and during it two of my teeth were damaged and i developed a very pain abscess but took them 4 days to fix it. Honestly my mouth hurt worse after, i got more problems. Also was told with my insurance it would be 60 but paid 151.... frown emoticon probably wont ever go back
Longest waits ever...for appointments even!!!!!!!!
All they think about is money and not about the person, this place sucks I walked out and found a different dentist ..,
