They claim to be emergency dentists but I had to call the emergency line 4 times and had to talk to a supervisor. 2 full hours of waiting for a call. Only to have the doctor on call say go to the er or make an appointment in the morning. They lost my business forever!!!!!!!
The good: most of the staff is nice and not rude. The bad: - Fillings hurt so much even after at least 10 revisits over a period of 4 month and more than 3 doctors. - They sneaked a sale of a tooth brush in the first estimate until I asked for a price breakdown. I shouldnt have to worry about unnecessary purchases at a doctor's office.
I paid $1900 almost a month before my scheduled surgery date to get my wisdom teeth out. A few days before the surgery the office staff called me twice asking me to reschedule the appointment. I told them that I could not because I didn't have a ride and only planned on taking a half day at work. Two days before the surgery I received another phone called stating the doctor had decided to move my appointment from the last appointment of the day to the first and I essentially had no choice in the matter. They refuse to give pricing on the phone. I've lo0st almost 25 pounds in8 months and they just keep "adjusting". Haven't had a pain free meal since I got them. should have gone elsewhere
I'm not happy at all..I will not be going back again..the X ray machine they used was so painful and didn't appear to be very clean. On my first visit I waited for a long time before they checked me in..The surgeon who took out my tooth didnt do a very good job at all, it was very painful and hurt for 3 days afterward. I think it started to get infected And it took well over 5 hours before it stopped bleeding..I do not recommend this place..
The front desk staff was not inviting or too friendly. When I actually was taken back, it was to a room that was connected to another room and I could hear the entire conversation with the other patient...HIPAA violation??? It wasn’t the cleanest room and I saw a part on the machine was broken. The doctor that saw me was probably one of the most awkward accounters in my life and he didn’t tell me anything new that I didn’t already know. Assembly line dentistry. They push through as many patients as possible through so they can increase profits, but then the patient doesn't get the attention they need and DESERVE. ��
The worst experience could think of. Go somewhere else.
I want to know why we are being billed for services and were issued a credit. How does that happen? Maybe someone there should explain this ! Keep getting the run around. Maybe social media will give me an answer
