I need a tooth added to a paritial that they have done before and was told they couldn't do it! ! Why if I'm going to pay for it can't it be done? ? The employee change over in this office is ridiculous to say the least and they say they want you to leave there smiling. I'm in my car bawling because I don't have the money to do what the recommended and a small tooth would fix it. That I will pay for !!!!!!.
The staff was professional and nice but the products were expensive. Not recommended for low income people with private insurance.
I had an appointment for 1:45PM yesterday 6/15. After waiting an hour I was called back. Instead of taking care of my issue they said it was a "consult" for a "plan". So by the time I left it was 4PM. I let it go because they made an appointment for me today 6/16 at 11PM. I was 15 minutes late because of the route I had to take due to the gas leak Downtown. The staff was very kind and accommadating, but the"call center" of whom you make appointments through, was very dysfunctional, unorganized, therefore, making my appointment less than successful, and a waste of my time ! ( four hours of wasted time, not to mention travel distance, gas spent. This is the second time my family has experienced this! Then as I left, I was"promised" I would get a call back, "this afternoon" concerning my situation - still have not received a call back . . . . . . .

Nothing but thieves paid over $3000 and say we still owe money. They called the police on my wife . After she disputed the over charge . Making my life goal to ruin this company
After I Google a dentist and my insurance together, I got them. I called and asked if they took my insurance and they said yes. I get there and now they tell me they don't take it. Complete waste of time. Now I am afraid that since they have my SS # that they took over the phone what they will do with it.
This place is a totally joke. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. The financial department needs to get their crap together and learn how to explain payment options better. They overcharged me. I paid $100 down and then came in for apt was told something completely different about payment. So then worked a different plan out to receive services that day.
