So my far experience at Aspen has been great, I got in quickly for an emergency dental consult and xrays. All of the staff were very kind and understanding that I was in an incredible amount of pain (abcessed wisdom teeth). I was able to get surgery scheduled quickly, financed easily, and despite being terrified of the dentist I felt at ease. Will review further post surgery!

I like the aspect of As pen Dental. Today was a little different. Was there in the room waiting for the Dr for over 45 minutes. The Dr happened to be walking by the room and asked how long I had been there...told him 45 minutes. He said he didn't even know I was there waiting. That also happened about 8 months ago when I first came to the office. That time sat for an hour until I went out to the front desk and asked if I was going to be seen that day. I felt very comfortable there. They were professional, clean and gave me several choices of how I could choose different options of my needed treatment. I’ve never liked going to the dentist but Aspen has changed my mind. Happy that I chose them for my care.

I would not recommend Aspen Dental. I went there thinking they were someplace that could help me with my already embarrassing smile. My teeth have been a sensitive subject for me for years and I was already really anxious to be there. They gave me good news that most of my teeth were salvageable. That was good news except they wanted $6000 with the friends and family discount. I have no insurance so that was not practical. We didn’t even get to see the doctor. The receptionist was extremely rude and canceled my husbands appointment for a FREE Consultation because we didn’t give them insurance information! It is a FREE Consultation!!! I would never do business with this place EVER! We are doing business with Omaha instead!
