I never write reviews because I usually have a lot to say and they get long, but I feel like I need to share the experience I had at Aspen Dental so hopefully no one else has to go through it. The only good thing here was the customer service. Everyone I encountered with was very nice but the rest of my time there was terrible unfortunately. F*** aspen dental. I went there for the free first appointment with no insurance and I'm thinking this is awesome, right? Get there and the lady at the front desk was rude as hell. The other workers were not nice either. Get done with the appointment and go to meet the manager basically to go over the costs of treatment. It was at 5 grand she gave me a "friends and family discount" that lowered it to 4 then she told me about the in house financing I was hesitant because I didn't want it to affect credit. I went in for a consultation and everyone in office was really nice. I then scheduled to fix a old filling that had broken and get my teeth whitened for my wedding. They scheduled both procedures for the same day and had me whiten my teeth first. It was all going really great and the technician said my teeth went three shades whiter already and they would continue to whiten throughout the day. Review for Aspen Dental: My wife and I feel that what you portrayed on tv, was misleading. When reporting for our appointments, we were 15 mins early as requested. Time spent waiting was 40 min. Referencing your TV add again, 2 of us needing work done, we have very little insurance. Total $ $16,000.00. Representative showed me the most expensive dentures. Not offering cheaper ones. Terrible service and care. We will pass on to our friends and family. Thanks for putting our wet fingers into the electrical socket!!
Very poor customer service, crown wont stay on, charged for a $140 tooth brush without notice, took 2 weeks to get the crown and temp crown fell off multiple times, just overall hated the experience.
