Very pushy sales tactics. Made emergency appointment to have crown recemented and it didn't happen. They took about 18 x-rays n examined my gumline. After that they took me to financial where the woman had an itemized plan for $7000 worth of dental work that I did not request. I just wanted my crown recemented. I even stated that specifically when making the appointment. Very disappointed.
made appointment to have crown put on,went to the appointment then they told me before i could get the crown put back on they would have to give me a exam and then someone would talk to me about my teeth, told them I just had my teeth cleaned and exam one mouth prior didn't matter then they told me they did'nt have time today to put my crown back on the best thing came in the mail today a bill ,are you kidding me they owe me I took of 3 hours from work
I have never in my life seen or heard such horrible service from a business in my life. My mom had an appointment at 115 at aspen dental in Galesburg and we sat in the exam room for 2 hours while waiting I heard the nurses talking that they told the dentist he needed to see us before anyone else and he told them "too bad too sad". I immediately grabbed my mother stuff and we walked out the door never ever go there the dentist is the most disrespectful man I have ever met in my life I thought I would share my experience. ����
Pushy sales tactics! I went in to have a broken tooth pulled emergently as I was in excruciating pain since the nerve was exposed and was told by the dentist that I would have to have a deep cleaning prior to having it pulled. When I told him all I wanted was to have the tooth pulled he then told me that his scheduled probably wouldn't allow it. This was after the front desk staff told me that they would squeeze me in. My appointment was scheduled for 11, I arrived at 10:45. At 11:30, when I was asked if I had been helped, I stated yes, but my appointment was at 11. I was then taken back by the X-ray tech for X-rays. This was after I stated when making my appointment, and on the paper work in the tech's hands that I was pregnant so no X-rays.
