They are scammers! They don’t do root canals and that’s why I went there! They made me believe they did all along from the moment I booked the appointment! Never again! By the time I left the bill was going to be near $4000 without the root canal!! I’m no fool! Worked retail management 35 years of my life! Wasted almost 3 hours of life and didn’t find out until the very end! Very shady and not happy at all! Good try girls! I didn’t fall for your BS! 😡🤬
besides the management sucks. they do terrible tricks to patients, treats them unfairly with money. there is allot of discrimination
my journey with aspen dental started march 26th when I gave them$1000 down payment for New set of dentures. I made an appointment with the dental hygienist at my last visit in 2018 for a time in January 2019. A hygienist wasn’t available for my appointment apparently and so they rescheduled me to 3/18.....pretty far out on the calendar considering it’s not my fault their hygienist was not available. Today 3/14 I get a call that the hygienist doesn’t like to work on more than 2 patients PER DAY. What kind of a dental office limits themselves like that?! After waiting 3 months I still did not have my dentures. I finally requested a refund and am waiting to see how that turns out. This is the most unprofessional business I have ever seen and would not recommend it to anyone. The Treatment Plan Coordinator is a joke as well as the dental assistants. It took her six tries before she had the impressions right. Very disappointed in their Galesburg office.
This place is a joke. I had an appointment for today at 1:30. I have my reminder card they gave me when they filled it out. Arrived there today and now I’m not on the schedule and they don’t have time for me. So they want me to miss more work and come back tomorrow. This place is so unorganized. When I initially came for my root canal appointment at 10 in the beginning of November I didn’t even get called to a room until 1030 then the dentist didn’t come in until 11. I don't recommended aspen dental to anybody, they wouldn't pull my husbands tooth because they said he had to pay $28.50 before they could do anything, I had originally posted a review on here but it was deleted, apparently they don't like bad reviews
I called Aspen Dental. Said I had x-rays from another dentist. Needed to have my tooth removed. I was in a lot of pain. I went there. Appointment was at 11:00. I was there at 10:30 to do paper work. Insurance forms and what have ya. They called me in at 10 after 11 and took there own x-rays. I sat in the dentist chair for over 50mins with nobody around.
