Very friendly staff all around, very knowledgeable as well as educational for myself. I've been looking for a permanent dentist since I was younger and my original dentist passed away. I think I've finally found the place. I live in McCalla but work downtown and will continue to come to the Gardendale location, I really like everyone and the drive is worth it. The staff was very helpful & nicest I've come across. Very thorough In exam & explanation of what I needed to know. From the front desk to check out treated very well. Thank you Dr. Allison for being so cordial & Amanda for all your help for the insurance info. Looking forward to coming back for my cleaning when the insurance is set up.
Friendly and helpful staff. Explained everything that they were gonna do and even though I was only there for an extraction, they also told me of some things that I needed to have done. As soon as I have the money, I will return for all my dental needs and have already referred one of my family members to go there.
