Since when does it become okay for a place to make you wait to talk to pricing by objectively picking who gets to talk first by the color of your skin. Shame on you. The staff itself was great and I felt welcomed like home but your pricing manager is CLEARLY racist. And likes to pick people by their appearance. I WILL NOT be back.

Waste of time!! I didn’t even get the service that I thought I was scheduled for!! It was a mess and a horrible experience. If you have 3-4 hours to hang out in a dental office then this is the right place for you!!

Worst place ever only out for money. And they cut corners to do the easy way. I had the wrong procedure done and then added on extra items to a payment plan that i did not agree too. Not worth your time or money.

Don't tell your patients they need$1400 of dental work when they don't really need it. I was told this after my consult then went back to my dentist I had been using for 6 years that I did not need the dental work. The only reason I went to Aspen was my insurance had changed.

While the staff was polite enough and seemingly thorough in their examination of my teeth, once the exam was finished I was quickly moved into the office manager's office where I was presented a treatment plan with a total cost of $7000 after my insurance covered what it would. I was offered a loan of $3500 to cover half the expenses and then asked how I planned to cover the rest of the plan. Last November I took my daughter and I to Aspen dental in Gardendale Alabama, my wonderful dentist was booked the rest of the year unfortunately.. I had broken a molar and it had began to hurt. And my Daughter needed a permanent cap put on a tooth as well.
