This is the nicest staff that I've ever encountered at a dentist, they make you feel relaxed & comfortable. I had teeth clean, a couple cavities filled and husband had all teeth extracted and getting dentures. He has waited so long for this and since the VA won't take care of his much needed dental work we came to Aspen and he's getting all fixed up. Went there 2 years ago, excellent experience! This week not so good. Had a 9:30 appt, had it confirmed. Got there a little early gave receptionist my address change, no other changes. At 10:10 i went to receptionist and asked how much longer would i have to wait. She got up and went to the back when she came back she gave me a lame answer that they take patients as they sign in. They never answer the phone. They canceled my daughters appointment and I eventually had to physically go into the office to schedule it. When I get in there one guy up front 2 girls on the side probably to do treatment plans or collect money and they were doing nothing. No phones were ringing. You should be able to call the place at anytime they are open? It’s frustrating and inconvenient. I was charged 474.00 for getting my teeth cleaned( gum cleaning) then 23.00 for mouth wash. Now my insurance cover this but it was money I could have used for other work that needed done.

My appointment was at 2 but the staff was to busy in the back giggling and cutting up to even notice that the lobby was full of customers to the point there was no where to sit finally got seen at 3 was told I would have my dentures buy the 10th but on the 13th was told I had to wait another week they. Don’t mind taking your money but drag their feet keeping their words
