I was very impressed with the Apen Dental located in Goodyear Arizona. Having been a customer service specialist in previous employment, I would not hesitate to give them an A+ rating. Prompt and courteous. They explained everything as we went through a few proceedures. Excellent there professional and courteous and I was in a lot of pain they did everything they could to make sure they weren’t hurting me to bad during X-rays and everything walked me through all the options and even helped me with applying for financing the dentist didn’t beat around the bush he was straight up which helps a lot absolutely amazing company
I was a little confused when I made an appointment to have a upper denture made (replaced) the first thing they did was take x-rays, measure the gums on the bottom teeth, and tell me I needed a deep cleaning to alleviate some of the sensitivity I was having when brushing my teeth. I've had 3 major brain surgeries and going to the dentist scares the crap out of me, but Sierra, my dental assistant, was outstanding at calming me down and explaining what was going on. Love it when I find great customer service at a medical facility. Dr Ewell was great at giving me options with solutions. Thanks guys!
I am now going for a full denture, lost an anchor tooth, they are wonderful. I know the difference between poor and great. I have had the partials for several years fi is much better then I expected. The office staff is helpful, the dentist are great. On a recent visit, I had left my wallet at home, they treated me and allowed me to go home and return for payment. I lost an anchor tooth for my upper partial which is holding like the tooth was there.

I found my experience at Aspen Dental a wonderful experience...From the front end stall, to the assistants, the Hygienist (Sunshine), right to the top man Dr.J. Ewell, couldn't have been better!
