We had to find a practice - it had been quite a while since we'd gone. My Dad had been to the Grand Island office & had good things to say, so we thought we'd try it. SO glad!! Great TLC, they honor our dental insurance, friendly place...would recommend for sure!
I don't recommend aspen dental to anyone, I had dentures from them and they were not done properly at all! Then my son was told that he had an appointment! Was told that they accepted his insurance so we came up for the appointment! They did his X-ray and then was told he had to leave cause of his type of insurance

Made appointments then received texts telling me to confirm appointment. Called morning of our appointment to confirm was told 2 different times. Get a call from them asking where we were told them I would head right there due to miscommunication! Literally was 7 minutes past appointment time and pulling into the parking lot and we were turned away! I was in need of a dentist and the website said they covered general dentistry so I made an appointment for Monday morning. I had an infected tooth and needed antibiotics.They got me in right away and began doing x rays. Then they handed me a tablet and had me watch a video on invisalign "because I might want them in the future". I recommend them but they’re frustrating at times. I made an appointment for a treatment/procedure and asked for a time estimate. Got 90 minutes so I allocated 2 hours of my time to them. They didn’t preform the treatment instead they had to redo exams because it had been 8 months since my last visit besides wisdom tooth removal.
