fraudulent statement of cavities and other dental issues. went for a second opinion which confirmed no cavities existed.
Came in 3 different times to get a bridge put in each time there was something wrong with the bridge. No consideration that you are missing work . Did off a gas card since we drive 80 miles to the appointment. Been very disappointed in Aspen Dental.

Told my daughter it would be $105 for a filling and charged her $321. Complete sham. Unprofessional and incompetent staff.
They take your money an tell you that you will smile.thats bull my poor wife stays in pain.but will fix for more money
Nothing but problems... they'll over charge you, refuse to refund your money, then refund your money to someone else and make you wait weeks to get it back.. I'm still waiting to get my money back after they refunded it to someone else's card. I'd go anywhere but here for dental work!!!!!
The thing that I really dislike about this clinic is you can't refuse procedures. I've gone the past two years without getting my teeth cleaned because I "have to" have my gums flushed. It's not covered by my insurance and I feel I should be able to JUST get my teeth cleaned no matter what reason I should have my gums flushed. What happened to patient rights to refuse?? My husband went to Aspen dental in terrible pain. They poked around so hard he left in more pain. The tried to sell us more procedures and didn't even take care of what was causing his pain that he came into. The dentist looked like he just hopped out of bed. The xray tech dropped xray equipment on floor picked it up dusted it off and put it back in his mouth gross! They were more worried about money they could make rather than their patient!
