I am really glad i was told about this place by a friend you really get the check over to start with. Also all the stuff the other dentist has told me was not at all in the plan, I really like the place.
Up until now I have liked my service here. I miss the girls who used to work there. I recently had my check up that I schedule in advance for after work cancelled by them. I totally understand that things happen. But in trying to reschedule I seem to be getting attitude about when I can make it. Awful company. Their dentist fucked up my crown, they refuse to fix it, they screwed up the billing too and expect me to pay the difference. Go fuck yourself.
To everyone who is in the market for Dental practice.... DO NOT GO TO ANY OF THE ASPEN DENTAL OFFICES UNLESS... Unless you want to get infected by a bacteria, Enterobacter aerogenes , It has been found to live in various wastes, hygienic chemicals, and soil. Did they clean there tools or suction equipment...??? This is what I looked like a day after... I went in for an extraction of four wisdom teeth, and only had two removed. They don't know how to tell time when you have an appointment and the care is sub par compared to other dental providers. And they try and run you around when you ask for a refund. Wouldn't recommend them for my dog let alone my worst enemy.
Too commercialized for me. They try to nickel and dime you for every little thing from extra fees for cleaning, cancer screenings, and their $129 toothbrush. The lady at the front desk, the lady that did the x-rays, and the dentist were all pretty friendly but the hygienist and the office manager rubbed me the wrong way. Also, they gave me the wrong information about what my insurance would cover and if I didn't know and had listened to them it would have been very costly to me. Aspen Dental is a rush, rush place. Dr wood hull is money hungry and the dental assistants are all rude. They want to tell you your teeth need taken out when they really don't need to be. Don't wish a treatment like that on anyone.
