This establishment and office is all about sales! Though I came in for a routine crown, the office personal attempted to begin charging me for work that I had yet to be done, all because it was in my "dental plan" it was just a little under $3,000. I did not even stay for my crown work I was so disgusted with the attempt to take advantage of me. Our family is becoming very disappointed with not being able to get cleaning appts until a couple months or more after calling in. It's been like that all this year. I need to schedule to have 2 or 3 fillings done and the soonest they can get me in supposedly is NOVEMBER. Really?? I don't even have any day or time parameters. I didn’t even want to give one star! WORST front office staff we have ever dealt with! Rude, unprofessional, snobby and VERY poor customer service. My daughter had her wisdom teeth taken out and they have treated her poorly on every visit! Dr. was amazing, front office was horrible, Dr’s assistant was snobby and rude as well! WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND this office! She will not be back!
The office manager was the absolute pushiest person I've encountered in a long time. I don't do well with pushy and have canceled my appointment and won't be going back. I went in with a shattered tooth and left the same way, "sorry, we only evaluate and make a treatment plan on the first visit". Thanks, I've still got a broken molar and heading for vacation Saturday. I stopped today to discuss this, but waited 10 minutes at the desk and couldn't hear a sole in the office, so left.
219.00 for cleaning and won't take my insurance. Plus trying to get me loans for bonus incentive. No thank you. This place is a scam. Not happy how they trick customers.
This is the worst dentist that I have ever been to. I have been a patient for several years and the service is definitely going downhill. Today I waited a half hour after my appointment time and was never seen. I left because I had to return to work. The precious appointment, I waited an hour after my appointment time. Not once did they apologize or even bother to let me know they were behind. I would have rescheduled if I had known. If you are thinking of going here, don't! I will not be back.
That place is not the same as was just about 1 year ago. Chad Peters and his staff were really taking care of his patents not just about money. There are all new people besides a couple nice one left over all they care about is MONEY. THEY COLLECTED DOUBLE MONEY. They charged me even when i told them that my insurance cover 100% and they received an electronic payment from my insurance in about 7 days. I have waited almost 3 months to pay me back. Was suffering from severe tooth and jaw pain with no explanation as to why. I called and they did everything that they could to get me to see the dentist the earliest available time. The dentist took one look, didn't see a problem, but had me do a bite test. The tooth that I had issues with was too long. In just a few seconds they filed it down and the pain was instantly relieved. I walked out of the office happy to be free of the pain.
The people there are awesome they treat you like a friend not a customer, I actually look forward to going to the Dentist. They know what they are doing
