Amazing staff that is very kind and welcoming. I wasn’t left in a room waiting for extended periods of time like other places. They were very prompt and excellent about explaining everything to a degree that I would understand. Would highly recommend Aspen Dental Green Valley location!
They're friendly and thorough. State of the art facility and equipment. Everyone is very young like twenties and thirties young so not a lot of experience yet. They DO NOT do any procedures on your first visit and plan on being there at least 1 1/2 to 2 hours and I was seen promptly and Doctor was on-time. Then you'll meet with the coordinator to go over everything and prices for the plan they've created. In my case I was told it will cost $25,000 to do all the work they felt I needed. Buyer beware! No complaints about the staff or care however the corporate billing policies are terrible! They were supposed to be an in-network practice for our United Healthcare Dental Insurance but they billed us $1400 in advance in addition to billing our insurance. They indicated that once the insurance paid the claim that some of that would be refunded but they are now refusing to refund our advance payment even though they were paid by insurance. My crown broke off and I had the tooth removed, everything went well. Everyone is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I highly recommend Aspen dental in Green Valley
I went to Aspen Dental on April 28, 2024 and was promised that my insurance would be billed on Monday. The total bill was $232 which I paid $100 leaving a balace of $132. Aspen dental said they would submit it to my insurance and would bill me what the insurance didn't pay. They never billed the insurance and all I get is past due invoices.
