I went into the office to get my wisdom teeth removed yesterday. I was super scared and nervous at the same time. They told me everything was going to be fine and never left my side.
Waited over an hour at appt. for a cleaning, then found out they wanted to do two complete set of x-rays, standard procedure for first time patients, they said. Found out the doctor I was covered for with my insurance plan left that office and no one bothered to tell me. It was the dental hygienist's first day there, no reflection on her. The hygienist said she could only look at my teeth and then refer me to the dentist. I just had my first experience where I walked out of a business while still in process. I waited an hour and a half before being seen by the dr. He poked at my mouth a few minutes and addressed my cracked filling. He left and the dental hygienist informed me that I had a cavity not addressed by the dentist. I asked her if we could take care of all the issues in the next visit. She told me "no." I asked why not and she told me "the dr does not like his authority questioned." The office Manger Josh has the worst customer service and has such lack of normal financial operations. The office girls have little or no knowledge.. Very scary to think if they clean their equipment as well as there service you are asking for problems, look else where for dental services..
Is m currently sitting in an exam room being ignored because they made my dentures wrong in the first place, and now they don't want to deal with me. I was not greeted when I first saw the dentist today. He just set to work without any conversation what so ever. Maybe telling me what you are doing rather that treating me like a practice dummy at dental school might make me feel a little better about this whole experience. Scheduled an appointment for my husbands wisdom teeth to be cut out. After a month of waiting, we get there. While my husband is getting his teeth cleaned we are told the old dentist isnt there and the new one isnt able to do the procedure. Then we found out the original dentist had been gone for over a week but they didn't feel the need to call the patient and tell the patient. After spending $ 2100.00 and wating for two months for a new set of dentures. I went in today with a problem my upper plate is cutting my tongue only had them one month and now I am told that if I want this (new problem solved I have to give up my warranty on them) What !!! This my first time come here 2 the dentist 2 get my check up and cleaning.
Not happy with my results $2500 later. Everything was good til the crown. Its too small, not the same size my tooth was, left a gap & too short. They acted like it looked great. They are the professionals here if they couldnt see its not the same then they have a problem. I shouldn't have to tell them but i did tell two different dentists & all they said was ahh!
