I’ve gotten about 5 or more emails and a text asking for a review so here you are!!! I was seen in greenwood about a week ago (last Friday) to have 3 extractions. The dentist I saw didn’t listen to anything I had to say. I told him multiple times I have a lot of dental anxiety and with higher doses of lidocaine (or any “Caine” medications) I throw up. This was by far worst experience I have ever had done!!! I would not even take my fur baby there !!! We’ be spent so much money !!! And nothing was done like we wanted !!! The dentist so rough

they could have been more gentle with the x-rays that they took..the thing they stick in my mouth kept gagging me and it hurt

They requested $700 after my copay for insurance to cap a broken tooth. I gave them the money - went in - got numbed up and they told me they couldn’t do it after they drilled the middle of my tooth out. Said I needed an implant. While waiting to schedule the implant surgery. My tooth completely broke due to not having anything holding it together. I had to get it completely removed by another dental office. They will blatantly lie to you about the work you need done. I have spoken to several friends who have experienced the same thing. They don't want your business unless they can scam you into extra unneeded work. They refused to fix two simple cavities unless I signed a gum disease care contract for several thousand dollars, telling me I had gum disease. Absolutely not worth it..
This place is ridiculously stupid. Schedule me a 1:45 appointment then tell me I'm not important enough to keep it that i can stick around to see if their 2:30 appointment doesn't show up. So I call the people that schedule it and been on phone for 40 mins. People act like other don't have jobs. I took my lunch break and some time off after to come do this.
My 2 hr. drive resulted in my crown falling out after a month and I now have another filling that became sensitive since my visit 4 months ago.
