I went there for a consultation to see if they took my coverage. They told me they did. All I needed was one filling, after they took an x-ray they told me they did not file my coverage and it would be my responsibility to do so. When they told me the price of a filling which was over $850 I declined. Now they are harassing me for the $80 fee of the X-ray that they told me was covered. Wasted many hours on 2 appointments that resulted in No work being done. (Yep, I was stupid to come back the second time) The Office Manager is curt and didn't listen to me. The front desk ladies referred every question I had to the office manager (including the question, "what time was my appointment supposed to be?") Every professional seemed more interested in upselling me than solving the immediate problem I was there for. Awful!!! All they want is your money. The dental hygenist was extremely rough on my mouth and told me it was normal when I complained of pain. After my appointment I was immediately led to talk to their financial person who was extremely rude when I didn’t make an appointment for the over $4700 of dental work that they suggested. He asked me “why did you even come in today if you had no intention of fixing these issues”. Sucked. It's a cattle call tooth mill. For an extraction they kept me waiting a couple of hours for a 4:15 appointment. It's the Three Stooges of dentistry IMHO. And the price? Over 500 bucks to pull a single tooth? Screw 'em I'd never set foot in the dump again.
Do not use them, they do shitty work. Over 4 months waiting for a crown. To find out for another dentist the crown is no good. Yet they say it can wait yrs to have to replaced when it needs to be replaced now.
Their office manager and main dentist really care about the patients. I recommend this office based on what I know about the integrity of the management.
